ARSA
Insurance Services, Inc. (ARSA) was established in early 1990 and by September
1990 it incorporated in the State of California. ARSA initially focused its
attention to Mexico. Through the recruitment of Mexican Insurance Agents, ARSA
marketed and administered the auto and truck liability insurance program. This
program provided liability insurance coverage to residents of Mexico whom cross
into the United States of America (USA). This type of coverage only applied
while the covered vehicle and insured were traveling in the USA. To date, ARSA
continues to market and administer this program in Mexico all along the border
crossing from Brownsville, TX to San Diego, CA. ARSA administers this program
from their Chula Vista, CA location.
In
1992, ARSA began to direct its efforts to the insurance needs for California
residents (primarily in San Diego County). As insurance brokers, ARSA provides
insurance coverage for autos, homes, truckers, contractors, retail businesses,
workers compensation, bonds, etc. By 1994, ARSA began to provide the very
popular and required auto and truck insurance coverage for those traveling into
Mexico. Presently, ARSA has his location where it provides these insurance
services at Chula Vista, CA.
